Keyway Property Management charges a monthly pet fee per approved pet. We guarantee that any damage caused to the home, above fair wear and tear, resulting from the approved pet(s) that is not covered by the security deposit then Keyway Property Management will reimburse up to $1500.

We guarantee, that in the event that you are not happy with our services, we will allow you to terminate your management agreement with a 30 day notice.
Keyway Property Management believes so much in their screening process that in the rare event your tenant is evicted then Keyway Property Management will share in the cost to evict the tenant. Keyway will pay the court filing fees, writ fees, and will appear in court on the owner’s behalf at no cost.
