TENANT APPLICATION AND SCREENING
We conduct extensive screening on all tenants using our application approval matrix and handle every aspect of getting your investment rented in the shortest time possible.
We check credit reports, eviction records, and judgement history. We ask for verification of employment, proof of income, and rental history. If a pet is involved, we use a 3rd party Pet Screening Service to screen the pet. Tenants will input the pet information with records and the Pet Screening Service will give the Pet a FIDO Score.
Often times people think they just need to do a quick credit check and verify employment but there’s more to it than that. Our high quality tenant screening process digs deeper. We gather extensive information on the following:
